Project 07 · Enquiry reliability

Pathquill

Pathquill is being built to protect the enquiry journey from a real customer website form to the inbox or CRM that should receive it. It helps operators investigate a broken handoff instead of treating a success message or HTTP response as proof that a lead arrived.

The brief

What it
does.

  • Targets authorised forms on real customer websites; the local practice form is an isolated development fixture, not the customer use case.
  • Verifies the form-to-inbox handoff with an authorised check and a matching event from the receiving system, giving an operator evidence to investigate delivery failures.
  • Keeps missing delivery evidence and unsupported forms distinct from a successful handoff; an HTTP 200 alone is not treated as proof of receipt.

Retrospective

Still
becoming.

The intended customer use is reliability for real enquiries moving through production forms into the right receiving system. The current implementation verifies that route with explicitly authorised test submissions and event matching; it does not passively observe each visitor’s individual submission. Pathquill remains an operator-assisted, single-admin pilot rather than a general multi-user service, with storage, integrations, operational alerts, and broader form support still subject to release gates.
